I’ve already talked a bit about how I came up with the story, using AI to generate some images of my new charater. The real genesis of the storyline however was a late night chat with a friend online, who suggested he enjoyed the sections where we get to see inside Alise’s mind as she fatasises. So, I wrote a book nearly exclusively about what goes on inside Alise’s dirty imagination! Thanks Mark for the inspiration, the book is very much for you.

The plot involves Alise driving to Cornwall for a long weekend in a cosy rural pub, primarily as a way of her getting over her writer’s block. The weather is against her, and as she arrives she worries about getting stuck indoors all weekend, and maybe even stuck in Cornwall.
As she checks in, she meets Tamara, a blonde bombshell 20-something year old who works there. Tamara is a fan of Alise’s work, if only the films not the books, and so is star struck when they meet. After an awkward moment in the reception, Alise can’t quite tell if the girl fancies her, or is just in awe.
Regardless, Alise is smitten. She can’t shake Tamara from her mind all weeked, whether she’s in the bath, out walking, or sitting in the restaurant. Each time it gets too much for Alise and she has to act.
On her final night, Alise has too much to drink and is then kept awake by her neighbours having loud sex. She fails to set an alarm, so the next morning gets a rude awakening which turns out to be more fun than she expected.
