Guardian Angel is my first ever book! I’m so pleased to be able to share it with you all. It was a lot of fun to write and made me really stop to think about how to create a compelling story, not just the saucy bits 😉
I really wanted to start a series of erotic fiction which had more character development and a wider storay arc to it. I hope I have succeeded – I’d love to hear what you thnk!
The story introduces Alise Taylor, a writer who has returned to the UK from Los Angeles where she was working on a film adaptation of her science fiction trilogy. Searching for a quieter life, she settled in South Wales to begin writing her next book. It starts by following her on a run in the Welsh mountains which goes wrong. Just as she thinks she is on her own, she meets Lloyd deep in the forest. Even through her pain and confusion, Alise feels a deep attraction to the tall, taciturn man who scoops her up and takes her to the hosiptal.
As Alise slowly recovers, she wonders how she can ever pay him back for his kindness. When Alise goes to find him in the woods, she’s unsure just what sort of reception she will get.
I’ll leave the ending to your imagination… or why not buy the book and find out?

A teaser:
By the time she reached the door she was exhausted, barely able to stand. she collapsed against the side of the caravan, panting, and dropped her stick to beat pathetically on the door. She couldn’t really hear the noise she made herself, and began to wonder if she would just collapse or even die right here, inches from salvation, but unheard, unnoticed.
Her eyes were starting to shut, her body began to slide on the caravan when the door opened and a hand caught her arm. A strong hand.
Looking up she saw a tall man in a tight, grubby white T-shirt and rumpled jeans standing in the door. Details were scant as he stood silhouetted by the lights inside. She felt so silly when her brain caught up with itself and realised she’d noticed the big bicep and visible vein running down his arm but not much else.
Neither of them said a word for a few seconds, Alise hanging there, half balanced on the caravan, half held in his grip. He simply looked down at her leg and grunted. Moving around beside her he carefully scooped her into his arms and cradled her against his chest as he manoeuvred her through the small door and inside the caravan.
