“Alise awoke early the next day. She couldn’t help it. It was a habit she’d had since she was a kid, she never slept well on Christmas Eve. She was just so excited about Christmas Day. It wasn’t about the presents, about the food, about anything in particular. She just loved the whole day.
She sprang out of bed and grabbed hold of the outfit she’d been planning for months. Not that it was really a complete outfit. She pulled on the extra long red and white stripy woollen socks which came up to her mid-thighs, then slipped on some red high heeled pumps which she’d attached silver bows to. Finally, her little green elf hat. She was ready to greet her guests.
Grabbing two of the stockings by her door, she skipped down the hall, naked but for the socks, and gently knocked at Lloyd and Laura’s door. There was a quiet murmur from within, so she slipped in and moved to stand at the foot of their bed, holding the stockings aloft and posing alluringly.
“Merry Christmas, you sexy people,” she purred. Laura turned over and laughed, sitting up in bed to turn on her bedside lamp. Lloyd was slower coming to, but soon grinned when he focused on Alise.”
